Most useful messages
- A field is missing. Which invoice type needs it, what it is called locally, and an example of how a real document fills it in.
- Something is wrong. Which page, which browser, what you typed, and what the preview or PDF showed instead. Screenshots help.
- A template request. Country, industry, and one example document you consider correct.
- Billing. A refund request, a cancelation, or an unlock that vanished after you cleared browser data - quote the email address Stripe charged, and mention which features you were using.
- Privacy or data requests. Under GDPR and the CCPA you can ask what is held about you; because nothing identifying is collected beyond one billing row for subscribers, the honest answer is usually browser-local data we cannot see, and we will confirm that in writing if you need it.
What we cannot do
We do not file taxes, act as your accountant, or arbitrate a payment dispute with a client. We do not host documents, so a lost invoice cannot be recovered from our side - download the PDF and keep it in your own storage. Business enquiries about a partnership or an integration are welcome, but mention the specific page you have in mind.
